Fatima and Hamid grew up on opposite sides of Paris, she in the 13th arrondissement, he in the northern suburbs,until mutual friends brought them together at a dinner party one autumn evening. What followed was three years of exploring the city they both called home: weekend markets, late-night walks along the Seine, and the slow, quiet certainty that they had found each other.
